Sashiko is a great way to practice mindfulness and focus, it's a craftherapy that will bring you a sense of achievement by finishing a small project.

Most Sashiko projects are indeed need longer time to finish, but I'll guarantee that you will enjoy every minute and efforts that you put into it.
